1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Almansoor Clothings website and your purchase of products and tailoring services from Almansoor Clothings, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we," "us," "our"). By browsing this website, placing an order, or visiting our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Use of This Website
- You must be at least 18 years old, or use this website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
- You agree to provide accurate and current information when making an enquiry or purchase.
- You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or using automated systems to scrape or interfere with its operation.
- Product images, descriptions and colours are shown for illustration; slight variation from the finished garment or item may occur, particularly for handcrafted and made-to-measure pieces.
3. Orders & Made-to-Measure
- All orders, including made-to-measure and tailoring commissions, are subject to acceptance and availability of fabric and materials.
- For made-to-measure garments, measurements are taken and confirmed with the customer prior to cutting. We are not liable for fit issues arising from measurements confirmed by the customer.
- Estimated completion times for tailoring are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, particularly during Ramadan, Eid and other peak seasons.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where fabric is unavailable, where information provided is inaccurate, or where fraudulent activity is suspected.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable UAE VAT unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices at any time without prior notice; changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
- Payment is accepted via the methods indicated in-store or at checkout. Full or partial deposit payment may be required prior to commencing custom tailoring work.
5. Delivery & Collection
- Delivery timeframes quoted for Dubai and other Emirates are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.
- Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery or in-store collection.
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being available to receive the order, or for collecting made-to-measure orders within a reasonable time of notification.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Alterations
- Ready-to-wear items in original, unworn condition with tags attached may be exchanged within a reasonable period from the date of purchase; please retain your receipt.
- Made-to-measure and custom-tailored garments, and opened perfume/oud items, are generally not eligible for return or exchange except where the item is faulty or does not match the confirmed specification, in line with UAE consumer protection law.
- Minor alterations to made-to-measure garments after the final fitting may be offered at our discretion and may be chargeable.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, designs, logos and images, is owned by or licensed to Almansoor Clothings and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Almansoor Clothings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you hold as a consumer under UAE law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and applicable Dubai regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, without prejudice to any right to refer disputes to consumer protection authorities.
